We are easy to find on the B1108 Norwich to Watton Road on the Hingham industrial estate. We are open 7 days a week so you can pop in at your leisure.

 RETURNS POLICY

UNWORN RETURNS 

All unworn goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase and be accompanied by a valid receipt. The customer is then entitled to an exchange of goods or a credit note. 

WORN RETURNS 

All worn goods must be returned within three months with a valid receipt. They will then be assessed and if a manufacturing fault is deemed to be the cause of the return, they will be sent back to the manufacturer for their comments. In the case of our own brand and/or samples/clearance, we reserve the right to repair shoes where possible. If compensation has been agreed and a receipt has been produced, a credit note valid for three months will be issued, if a replacement is not acceptable. If no receipt is produced then we cannot accept responsibility for the fault.
